 | Named after the nomadic tribes of wild humans that wander them, the Kelshi Plains are home countless ferocious beasts and terrifying monsters despite the all attempts by River City miltia and Mercenary Clans to cleanse the area. The Kelshi Plains are a vast desolate sahanna of tall grasses and stunted trees. As you travel along the Serpent River the Kelshi gives way to numerous valleys and vales.
| 0 | 0 | | | During the summer the nomads of the Kelshi, known to the people of the Empire as the Kelshi Indians set up camp a few days march north of River City on the edges of the Kelshi Plains. Here they trade goods, such as pelts and wild animals with Arcadian merchants in exchange for iron, cloth and other materials they can't make themselves.

Admin | | Home to a band of vicious Ukoren, the valley is located to the north east of River City, out of the way of any major roadways or merchants roads yet close enough that Ukoren raids amongst the country side and Serpent River region are not uncommon. The foul goblinoids are even so brave as to occasionally attack the city herself.
| 0 | 0 | | | Winding down from the Serpent's Ranges, the Serpent River cuts a wide swath through the Kelshi Plains, heading south-east untill it branches at River City. One arm of the river heading east towards London, the other south-east once more, towards Paragon.
Numerous fishing villages and farming communities dot it's banks.
