The Guilds Hall is intricale to the business and government of River City. It is here that all the Guilds of the area, from simple trades and craft guilds to the infamous and oft dangerous mercenary and thieves guilds must register with the city as offical and recongized organisations.

The Pantheon is home to all the various deities and religions that are openly worshipped within River City. The awe-inspiring structure spans two full city blocks and houses dozens of major religions and numerous minor and obscure. The Pantheon is also home to the clerical college. Moderator:Judges
